It's Turkey Time!

Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays of the year! I love how this holiday is centered around spending time with family and friends (and football, of course! :)), but it also encourages everyone to reflect on all the things in their lives that they have to be thankful for... We oftentimes get so caught up in life and all of it's craziness, that we forget about all that we have to be grateful for. And, Brian and I are no different... We sometimes get so caught up in the day-to-day activities, that we start taking things fore granted. And, on days like today, where we can take a step back and reflect on everything we have been blessed with, we fully realize how completely fortunate we are, and we are truly grateful. We've been blessed with the most loving, supportive family anyone could ever hope for, wonderful friends (old and new!), an amazing opportunity to experience life in another country, the ability to travel to exciting places and experience new cultures (things that we had never even dreamed of doing prior to moving here!), lots of laughter, good health, and so much happiness! (Oh, and I'm sure when asked, Brian would probably also respond with the fact that he's extremely thankful for his beloved camera! :)) We can't even begin to explain how truly blessed we feel!

So, this Thanksgiving, we'd like to say thank you to all of our family and friends for being such an important part of our lives! We hope you have a fabulous Thanksgiving Day! Enjoy spending time with your family and friends! Oh, and please eat some stuffing for me and some cranberry sauce for Brian! :) (This evening, we're going to dine on seele sandwiches and salad... So not the same! :))

Happy Turkey Day!!
