Our friends, Jessi and Steve, came to visit us at the beginning of April. We had so much fun showing them around Germany and spending time with them while they were here! Lots of laughs were had and oh so many memories were made during that week! :) Here's a quick look into Jessi & Steve's visit... Enjoy! :)

We visited the Church of Birnau...
We drove by a tulip field and had to stop (of course!) so that we could cut our own tulips! :)

We wandered through the quaint German town of Meersburg...
... where Jessi & Steve were able to explore Germany's oldest castle.

The following day we headed to Neuschwanstein Castle... On our way up to the castle, we had to stop at the picturesque Alpsee for a quick photo op... :)

We hiked up to Hohentweil Castle near Singen...
We spent the day exploring the castle ruins and having our own little photo shoot! :) (You guessed it... Brian and his camera joined us for the day! :))

On Jessi & Steve's last day, we took the train to Munich and spent the day sightseeing...

We took a walk through the Residenz Gardens and soaked up the sunshine!
And, no trip to Munich would be complete without a trip to the Hofbrauhaus! :)

Jessi was also impressed with the infamous Bavarian style brezel! :)

We took them to our favorite restaurant in town, Pizzeria La Perla, on the day that they flew out... I mean, we couldn't let them leave Germany without experiencing this wonderful taste sensation! :)
We then took a drive through the German countryside, where everything was in full bloom... It was almost like driving through a fairytale! :)
We headed up to Gehrenberg Tower to get a glimpse of the Bodensee and its surrounding areas...
So pretty! :)
